Oicho-Kabu (おいちょかぶ) is a traditional Japanese card game that is similar to the Western games Blackjack and Baccarat. It is typically played with special kabufuda cards. This game has a Dealer and a Player. The goal of the game is to reach 9 or closer to 9 than your opponent. This app features two offline modes, Free Mode and Casino Mode. All rules are included (Shippin, Kuppin, Pin Basami etc.). Since there are a lot of regional rules you may activate/deactivate some of them in the settings!
