This app allows you to request a refund in case of train delays or cancellations within Germany (for example when travelling with Deutsche Bahn).German train companies will pay 25% of your ticket price if you are delayed for more than 1 hour.They will pay 50% if you are delayed for more than 2 hours.And if you cancelled your trip due to the delay, you can request a full refund.The app allows you to enter your data, upload a picture of your ticket, and then we'll print and send it to the train company service center. If you reside in the EU, you can provide your IBAN and BIC data, but you're not forced to provide any banking information (the train company will send you a letter to request that information if it is missing).One claim per year is handled for free, every claim afterwards costs 0.99 Euro to cover printing and shipping.Question: Will the train companies send money world wide?Yes, even if you live overseas, they will request your data and then wire the payment.
